Training tips

Whilst many people are drawn to running for its simplicity, the requirements to run fast and for a long time are quite scientific. To train the body to run 42 km in one hit without breaking down has been studied and analysed in detail for the last century. This concept can be quite daunting for the first time marathoner. To aid members in that pursuit, training tips are detailed below by some of the services pre-eminent runners and field athletes.
